Once your inquiry is received, it will be reviewed carefully and you will be contacted within 24–48 hours. The next step is a brief conversation to better understand your needs, answer any questions, and explore whether the service feels like the right fit. If appropriate, an initial session will then be scheduled at a time that works for you.
Q: Which insurance providers are commonly used?
Coverage may be available through providers such as NIHB, Sun Life, Blue Cross, Medavie Bluecross, Canada Life / Great-West Life, Manulife, TELUS Health, and Green Shield. Direct billing is available for NIHB, Canada Life and Sunlife insured clients. Receipts can also be provided for reimbursement through other insurance providers. E-transfer payments are accepted for all sessions. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been discussed in advance.
